Who: California Department of Public Health (CDPH)

Need: Technical professionals to build a website with public access to different infractions with California care facilities.

Innovative Government: Health Facilities Consumer Information Systems (HFCIS). Innovative Government offered CDPH (25+ years of collective experience) a successful completion of its HFCIS through staffing qualified professionals, while being fully compliant with the State's mandatory guidelines. To meet CDPH needs, Innovative Government provided the following services:

• Implemented a secure web-based HFCIS.
• Assisted with the configuration, installation and testing of the hardware/software.
• Designed, developed and implemented the on-going process to extract needed information.
• Provided the health care consumers and general public access to fill-able forms to file complaints against health care facilities.
• Maintainted and supported the HFCIS for 3 months after the system transitioned into production.
